بهنود شجاعی اعدام شد

کمیته گزارشگران حقوق بشر- بهنود شجاعی، جوانی که در سن کمتر از 18 سال مرتکب قتل شده بود، سحرگاه امروز اعدام شد. اجرای حکم اعدام وی درحالی صورت گرفت که جمع کثیری از مردم و فعالان حقوق بشر و مخالفان اجرای حکم اعدام به همراه خانواده های سهراب اعرابی و ندا آقا سلطان از جان باختگان حوادث پس از انتخابات، در برابر زندان اوین حضور یافته بودند تا از خانواده مقتول درخواست عفو و بخشش کنند، با این وجود و علی‌رغم اصرارهای مکرر وکیل پرونده، این خانواده حاضر به گذشت از خون فرزندشان نشدند.

محمد اولیایی‌فرد وکیل بهنود شجاعی در حالی که از اجرای این حکم بهت زده و اندوهگین است، می‌گوید:" حتی در لحظات آخر، هنگامی که بهنود میان آسمان و زمین دست و پا می‌زد، به آن‌ها گفتم هنوز هم دیر نشده، می‌توانید رضایت دهید ، تا من زیرپاهایش را بگیرم و با تنفس مصنوعی به زندگی برش گردانیم، با این حال آنها راضی نشدند."

و این‌گونه، بهنود شجاعی، نوجوانی که بارها با دستور ریاست قوه قضائیه اجرای حکم اعدامش متوقف شده بود، در سحرگاه 19 مهرماه به عنوان اولین کودک اعدام شده در دستگاه قضایی جدید ایران به ریاست آیت‌الله لاریجانی، نامش ثبت شد.

در روزهای گذشته، وکلای بهنود شجاعی، بارها با نگارش نامه هایی به آیت‌الله لاریجانی خواهان توقف اجرای حکم شدند، اما این نامه ها هر بار بدون پاسخ ماند.

در دوران آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای هم رهبری و بیت وی رسما چنین فرهنگی را تبلیغ می کرده‌‌اند و هم مداحان و تملق‌گویان از مواهب رفتار خویش به خوبی بهره‌مند شده‌ و به مقامات بالا رسیده‌اند.

I'm wondering the exact same thing, what's your point? I said it's hard to live with guilt. Now I dunno if your life is too delightful or you're on something or you just don't feel guilt, but contrary to what you think, that's a pretty fucking common thing for a human being. Seek some therapy or get off what you're on. And until you do, don't tell me to.
