This Bert Berns composed and produced song with the "King of Rock & Soul" Solomon Burke singing had two separate lives. The first when it was initially released in 1962 and then again in 1987 when the recording became immortalized in the film "Dirty Dancing". Solomon Burke passed away recently (October 10, 2010) of natural causes upon arrival at an airport in Amsterdam where he was to perform.
