鶏肉の鍋照り焼き - Teriyaki Chicken. I made this the other night, and it tastes great. It is really simple to prepare and doesn't take long to cook. It is a sweet dish - but the soy sauce I have is pretty salty, so there was a nice mix between the two tastes. The amounts I say in this recipe serve 1. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out how to increase it for more people.
I have no idea why there is black space at the end of the video!
can you replace the sake with anything??

not sure! I think the short answer is no, but you could replace it with some other alcohol, like dry sherry - but the flavour would be completely different. If you are worried about the alcohol content in the food, then don't - it all burns off when it bubbles away. If it is for other reasons, I guess you could try just water - but again, I think the flavour would be compromised. Most asian grocers should sell cooking sake - a common one is in a green plastic bottle.

I think it is hilarious that you picked that up - I wasn't really thinking, and was going (a little) by a Japanese recipe.
