State operatives re-arrest Kiiza Besigye

Retired Colonel Dr. Kiiza Besigye was this morning arrested yet again, this time at the Mulago roundabout, after Police sprayed tear-gas in his car forcing him out.
Plain clothed security operatives broke Besigye's car windows, using hammers and Pistols.
