止戈武塾 . 練了八個月的八極拳.小八極基本功 ---"八捶"的練習讓自己在發勁的運用上有些許領悟. 腿力的不足,需多站樁,多打八捶基功訓練對腳力有很大幫助.另外,身體的鬆沈意念更要持續要求. 唯有身體達到鬆沈狀態時, 發勁(纏絲勁道)之勁道便可持續加强强度.
