http://www.hi10spro.blogspot.com discusses a grip for the return of serve to maximize what you can do on it. This is a foundation of my teaching style that we will take over the point on the return of serve, assuming it's a second serve. the first serve, our goal is simply to neutralize any advantage from it and place ourselves in a good position

  • i hold western grip so my backhand is eastern.just need to adjust my thumb.i used to hold it continental but i just had bad reaction with it

    omg I had that same racket, I loved it but one of the things holding the strings together broke when I was doing a twist serve. I've got no idea why. I miss it so much. But the control and the weight of it was so ideal.
