NYCC 2012 Day 1 - Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate Footage for the Wii U

Here's the next footage of NYCC 2012. This one has footage of Monster
Hunter 3 Ultimate for the Wii U. I saw the trailer and it is glorious.
I also got a look at the Wii U controller and I personally like it. So

Can you confirm that it runs at 60fps like the 3DS version?

Anyone have a clue when this is coming out in Australia,,, all i see are "To be announced", except Eu, Jap, and US... T.T and while im at it, is the Wii-U region blocked, i mean, will i be able to import a UK Monster Hunter into Australia and play it (if it still hasnt come out in Aust)?
