Stuck on Memory Block 4: Jerusalem

Frequently Asked Question: I'm on Memory Block 4 and there's nothing left to do on my map. What now?

Answer: Go to the Bureau and listen to Malik. He will give you hints on which direction to go. A new District in the city is now accessible to you (no more blue memory wall). It's still blurry on your map with no icons.

Go to this new district and get on a roof. Scan the horizon for high points with eagles circling them. These are new View Points. Climb one and synchronize. Now check your map again.

@227928 You synchronized all the view points in the Rich District. Now go into the Poor District and sync one. It's blurry on your map and has no icons. Go due south from the Bureau as shown in this video.

i been stuck on this for AGES, it sed like 3 investigations are needed, climb viewpoints to locate them or something like that, well wot it sed in the vid anyway. on the map it showed no viewpoints in jerusalem which i thought was wierd. thx, hope it helps!

@bearwolfable Glad to hear you made it into the Poor District. The (passable) border between Rich and Poor is rather short in Jerusalem. I think players get lost and run into the blue memory wall to the Middle District. This doesn't happen as often in Damascus or Acre.

Any suggestions on how to make this video clearer on that point?
