@anaisabel365 12 weeks sounds like heaven... now that is something I think I might have the strength to do.
You're in my thoughts and prayers.

@eyefetch Thanks for the link and most of all for keeping me in your thoughts. I have learned that based on your il28b genotype, this is not related to the hep c virus we all have one, that you can have a chance of clearing the virus spontaneously if you are a "CC". This is a new test and I am a "CC". Wish I'd known this info because the knowledge, the knowing, may have given my mind the power to clear this virus on my own. Do all you can and if you choose treatment you will be stronger for it!

@DINOBRAV69 Peggy is a 2 genotype and this is considered a "weak" virus. Long story but we have been friends for years and chose the path of alternative lifestyle..both of us convinced that treatment would kill us. Well Peggy's labs this year required her enter into treatment. She was undetectable at 4 weeks and has been throughout. She is cured and will do her last injection on the 17th. I went from 8 million to 480 in 4 weeks. Now I must be undetectable by the 12th.

@anaisabel365 I am considering treatment but I've been holding off on it. I guess I was hoping that it was an acute case and the virus would just go away. It hasn't and my viral load has increased. Has your friend tested negative for the virus?

@Bigswedeee With the new treatments being shorter and higher cure rates...now is time. Thank you for your comment and keeping me n your prayers. i just did my 13th injection and it is doable. I had to learn to slow down a bit and understanding the significance of drinking almost a gallon of water a day has completely eliminated all queasiness and nausea. I wish you all the best with your journey and a fast and complete clearance of this virus.

Hi Ana, THANK YOU for sharing your hep c journey. I am very inspired watching you! I start to think that my negative attitude towards the treatment is to blame for my relapse. I'll pray for you every day! Please keep posting! Lots of love... K

@karoleva777 I am always so touched with the support I receive. THANK YOU!
I hope you do not put too much blame that you could have caused a treatment relapse. I have a huge lab to pass this Friday. A piece of the result may hold a discontinuation of treatment as a non-responder, an extension into 36 weeks, or onward to finish 28 weeks...but I could relapse as well when done. This is the way it is. SO much to stand brave that we are all heros. Your attitude of support for others is amazing. XO

Hi Ana! Thinking of you!
I wanted to share this link with you on the Vit D research with Hep C Standard Treatment. (I mentioned D in an earlier vid post) hivandhepatitis(.)com/2010_conference/easl/docs/0518_2010_b.html
not sure this accepts links so I will PM you as well.
I just discovered the Anthroposophical treatment here in Sweden using mistletoe extract (Viscum album), and oral extracts of green tomato (Solanum lycopersicum). I am thinking to try this for a year...??? :)
