  • Hi

I am a full circle ringer as well as a player of the organ.

When playing the italian tune (don't know the name, sorry) play it on the back five instead of the front as the second bell of of the wrong tuning and it doesn't sound as good as the real italian full circle bells. Well done anyway, it was fantastic.

  • the tune is called La Vicentina, Do you think the second in the Italian video is sharp? because they do it on the front of a set of 12, so I'm not sure.

  • the reason I didn't do it on the back 5 was because the Italian ringers do it on the front, and the tuning of the bells here make the 2 and the 4 into a major third interval on a keyboard.

  • Also, I've checked the Italian video, and its the same tuning as ours, a major scale, execpt their bells are in the C# Major scale, thus, the treble in Montegaldella is the note of G#. All the notes are the same, just different pitch to ours.

  • Are you a full circle ringer as well?

  • yes
