  • @mimidaily Thank you Mini! cheers from KtC!

  • wow!

  • @bmariani77 oh yeahhh!

  • Another Crazy Good! Video Cook Book, I like the long versions but this gets to the point with everything you need. Many Thx! Would be nice to see a longer version on another channel. The music, as others have said, well I turned it off. I did like it at first so no offense intended. I will digitally give away your cook book but every time I do I will buy a back pack for these kids. littleredwagonfoundation. dot com, I gave my first yesterday and many more to come.

  • @gerald2003r If you find this recipe elsewhere you know where they got it from. This is like taking regular Buffalo Wings and stepping them up to another level. These are hot but the flavour is still there too. I have Buffalo WIngs posted also (the real recipes). As for the music I took a poll. Many more actually favoured it than didn't. Enough for it to stay. I just mute it myself :D KtC

  • I like how you do your videos.

  • @Asianlovejuice Well I find it taste similar anyway (the dark soy). Just a bit should add the flavour. cheers, KtC

  • @Asianlovejuice For a similar taste, try dark soy sauce (just a bit though, about 1 tbsp.). The hoisin would be quite tasty though (may come out a bit more Szechuan?) Sounds damn good though. You got me thinking Szechuan wings next. We experimented with this recipe for some time. Trying to get the best hot wings without losing the taste to 'the heat' (yet, keeping it really hot too). A giant step up from typical Buffalo wings. They go over well around here on the sport-days!

  • @Asianlovejuice Try a baking soda with a drop of vinegar added to the recipe also. Both are difficult to find in H.K. as I understand. There are western grocer markets that do have it (perhaps try calling them if possible). You can skip it but these wings are a bit on the crispy side and the baking powder helps that happen. They would be fine without it. Perhaps you can find 'savoury' a similar herb to sage. If not skip it too. Good luck! KtC
