The restored and expanded LaGuardia Hall, home to the Brooklyn College Library, combines Georgian elegance with 21st century technology. Architect Alexander Howe added 105,000 square feet to the complex; creating a state of the art center for information technology, while upholding the sophisticated style of the original Randolph Evans building.
I graduated from BC and during my senior year they opened the new library... breathtaking.. I used to love to go there to study, write papers

Very informative and inspiring. When I attended Brooklyn College in the late 1960s, state-of-the-art library technology was a photocopy machine that produced wet, negative images!
