@Vebinz Haha, well, I guess it sounds like Ladytron and a little like some ElectroClash stuff (all late 90s / early 2000s) - but that stuff was, itself, referencing 80s synth pop. I think you're trying *not* to see synth pop in this. I see a lot of Prince in La Roux as well....

I'm sorry, but I don't get the influence of early synthpop. Her music sounds like typical mid-late 90's technopop, precisely the stuff she would have grown up on.
