President Obama: Israel's Security Will Remain Paramount in U.S. Evaluations of Any Peace Deal

Following a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, President Obama reiterated his call for a return to the 1967 borders between Israel and Palenstine, saying, "We discussed the issue of a perspective peace between Israelis and Palestinians. And I reiterated and, we discussed in depth, the principles I laid out yesterday. The belief that our ultimate goal has to be a secure Israeli state, a Jewish state, living side by side in peace and security with a contiguous, functioning and effective Palestinian state."

Why object to Israel? It's just trying to be safe by keeping its borders clear of all neighbors who object to their national security needs.
Israel needs a wide border of land to protect itself from the self-defense of its neighbors.
Once its neighbors' homes are bulldozed and the land cleared for Jewish settlements, Israel will need an even wider border of land between those settlements and the grief of their homeless, wounded neighbors whose anger becomes a security risk for Israel.

Israel shouldn't give back an acre of property. The U.S. isn't going back to its' pre-1776 borders anytime soon. CA isn't going back into the hands of Mexico. If the Palestinians want a state, then the Arabs can give them one, they have plenty of land. The anti-Israeli sentiment coming from those American Politicians that feel this way are a bunch of hypocrites. If Canada started shelling areas of WA state playgrounds with rockets what do you think would happen? That's what Arabs are doing daily
