it will last up to 2 weeks or longer, just dont rub it too hard, but it will not rub off from cloths. I had to use packaging tape to help me take mine off because i was really on there and rubbing was not helping. So it stays on for a long time.

Yes you can print on Laser, it actually works better on the laser printed
