while I feel sorry for this woman, I have to ask why did the husband refinance the home for > $ 100K after living in it for almost 40 yrs ? Where did all that money go ? And if they were receiving $ 5,000 per month, where is the savings account ? Where is the life insurance policy ?

This is clearly Unfair If she can't afford this Home and afford to go anywhere where is she suppose to go, should have Refinanced It was her Dead Husband Fault not hers, Besides When will the Foreclosure Madness Stop, this will drive most people into Insanity.

she could stay there for months, time courts take and do the lenders have original credit note and how come the house is not covered by the husbands death insurance in the mortgage plan, flakey story*

Just give it up! from $5,000 to a mere $800 a month in income. Wish ya would have had some kind of Life insurance to cover the bills in case of such a emergency. I wonder what sermon he gonna come up with after all his attempts to fix stuff fails?
