  • This tutorial is most handy as I just took it out of the box 15 minutes ago. Btw, what are those speakers in the background? They seem small enough for my small home 'studio'. Accurate sound? Appreciate the advice:)

  • @toedster The speakers are KRK V4's however these are now discontinued and have been superseded by the KRK VXT 4. They do produce an accurate sound and are worth a listen at your local dealer.

  • Any body know when this and the launch pad will be useable with windows 7?

Because all the websites i go on say either xp or vista.

    Thanks.

  • The SL Mk II and Launchpad are both compatible with Windows 7

  • @focusritenovation interested - how many instruments, sounds, bands are included in this mashine?

  • @andrewch8 SInce the SL Mk II is a controller there's no sound in the machine as such. It does come with Ableton Live Lite and Novation Bass station instrument, however.

  • Hi, i use SonarX1 producer, and I'm thinking of getting this device... my question is, how are those faders functioning in 24 track mix, can you asign paning to small nobs? And is this device fully operational with plugins like T-racks, Brainworx and other simmilar plugins with compresors and EQs?

  • @focusritenovation

    OMG

    Good 2 know...

  • I have a m-audio oxygen 25 with adjustable nobs if i were to get the Novation SL MkII without the the keys will i still be able to use the nobs on my oxygen 25 or will all nob adjustment be assigned to the mk?

  • hey im sry but i trying to use the fader to mix but the problem is that first you need to tap them and then you have to like move them up and down to gain control is there a way to just do it straight i mean no tapping just moving it because you loose a lot when you are like mixing and you want to have more volume in ont ething nd you need to tap and after tapping move up and down to star responding and by the time you finished the passage where you want to use it is gone
