Canadian singer songwriter kd lang performed an exclusive and intimate concert for Art Nation in Melbourne's beautiful Ripponlea Gardens.
Here she and guitarist Joe Piaspia from her band the Siss Boom Bang perform the song Inglewood from her new album Sing It Loud.
kd lang will tour Australia in November 2011.

It's a tragedy and a disgrace that we're losing Art Nation and the commitment of the ABC to the arts. We're nowhere without art or music. All the performances, all the artists and wonderful videos have enriched my life immeasurably. I'm sorry for the Philistines.

Ah, you're spoiling us Auntie.
This transcends 'beautiful', more of an experience. Love all the work that ABC DigMusic did with kd while she was here, and that concert at the Southbank studio, wonderful and respectful acknowledgement of the musicianship of the artist.
