Spartan Muscle Ab training tip - to build a stronger core, as well as develop your lower abdominal / hip flexor muscles implement leg raises for 10 - 20 reps per set then immediately follow with 15 leg flutters. Complete four sets total.

  • dude you actually you dont have abs and these exercises are only for my grandma or for any little girl. seriously dude the video and your abs sucks. sorry but this is only the raw truth. i have nothing personal with you.
