how to juggle: the traffic light

A fun and exciting tutorial video to help you learn a cool [43]23 variation that I call "the traffic light."

This video turned out to be much longer than I anticipated, but I think it's best if the video can be useful to jugglers of all skill levels. So, I included full explanations of several patterns and exercises to build up to the final [43]23 variation. If you are an 'advanced' juggler, just juggle [43]23 in false mess, throw the 2s, call it whatever you want, and don't bother watching this video.

juupp ... believe it or not ...it sounds absurd , i fight since 2 years with false mess , max. 5 or 6 throws , i had the same problems with takeouts , my body and my mind resists against this pattern , the tricks looks not real hard , but .... top tutorial
