Hobos are gonna be there no matter what. I saw 2 hobos on the N train at 11:30PM one night, it was an R160B, and they already were having their dinner, bread which was loaded into their carts. They weren't off until around 59th street in Manhattan. They were on from Gravesend to Lexington Av. Interesting stuff lol.

listen closely around 0:27. I think the announcement said Lexington Avenue 53rd or 63rd street instead of 59th street.

You're hearing things. The announcement clearly said 59th Street.

It says "7 Express." Rollsign readings for the 6 Express and 7 Express have the word "Express" near the bottom.

Because the answer to your question can be answered without using speculation or hearsay. Information about new car classes is usually not confirmed until the first car bodies are produced. Information about car assignments is not confirmed until a week or so before. In most cases, it's unknown until the day it happens. Meanwhile, the look of a rollsign reading on existing equipment can be accurately answered immediately.
