@thisisg1 If WiFi lets you get to Facebook, but you can't get to Facebook using the carrier's network, then there is either a problem with the phone or with your carrier account. If your WiFi doesn't work either, then your phone is broken.

@thisisg1 Were you able to download some programs? Have you tried using the phone with WiFi? The WiFi will give you a big clue: If you get data with WiFi, then you don't have a network connection through your carrier. Either the phone is broken or you have a problem with your account.

@thisisg1 You need to take the phone to your carrier and ask to have it looked at. Just stop in a store and speak to someone about it.
In the meantime, can you connect to WiFi and get access to Facebook?

lol i rlly dont like phones without touch screens my mom on the oother hand is staying away from touch screens and shes looking at this but its only got a 3.2 megapixel camera. her env3 has that too and she wants a better camera. i cant wait until april so i can get my blackberry bold 9930.
