I had trouble flipping the dough over in the rice cooker to cook the other side and as a result, the air in my dough was gone and I was left with a dense bread. BUT I tried making this another time today, only this time I baked little buns with some egg wash in the oven under 180C and they came out FLUFFY AS HELL! I'm so happy I came across this video. Thank you Yakitate Japan and the person who posted this vid!! :)
