he is just making up crap and possibly paid by some of the propegenda contractors working for the Islamic republic or Rafsanjani

the CIA has always had operations and agents in Iran non-stop
many of the top figures within the Islamic republic are the CIA agents, ex-savak, but mainli m16 & british agents
CIA indirectly played a major role in overthrowing Shah and bringing Khomeini because Iran was transforming into a superpower and not taking orders from the US & UK anymore.
