A Pets At Home comb
Johnsons flea repellent cat shampoo
Johnsons cat shampoo
Fairy washing up liquid used to cut through grease. (Its a trick of the trade thing I learned from pet groomers at a cat show.)
And a diluted conditioner.

These products are from our Vet (the little pet store they have in there) and are made for use on cats...its not human shampoo and conditioner...just thought I would mention that so any smart ass rude people didnt think omg thats cruel...he is a cat for goodness sake so if he didnt like it not only would he have dived out of the bath before the first drop hit his fur but my face would be clawed off lol

Not every cat is the same and most are NOT scared of water despite what many think they just dont like it on their fur...but like I said every cat is different and Garfield doesnt mind as its only 10 mins once a year his bathtime comes around and he trusts his staff very much. :)

Wonder video except i don't believe a proper vet would say soap up three times and particularly the conditioning. unless you got the products from a vet.

@venniey yep they are from our vet :) My two only get a bath once a year in summer to cool them down and help take off any loose fur, it was our vet who recommended it as just brushing alone wasnt helping with hair balls when they shed their winter coat in summer, it works for our kitties. Plus she takes her cat to shows and is always telling the rest of us crazy cat ladies her tricks of the trade lol so since its only once a year I like to put a little effort into it. OMG what a GOOD KITTY !!!

there is not a chance in hell that would happen at my house, I've attempted a few times the younger kitties and have come out bleeding LOL Dani I can use a wet cloth she needs it the most. She won't let any of the other cats bath her. She will tolerate the wash cloth but still complains A LOT !!

@crazycatlady1313 luckly I just need to do this a few times a year in the summer, Garfield isnt a fan of water either but he knows if he just stays still for 10 mins and gets it over with its not all bad. lol We have a pretty strong bond so he just trusts me, you cant hear for the music but I talk to him the whole time to reassure him and that usually helps. :) Garfield is pretty gentle but Nibbles is a different story when its has bath time lol Its all claws and biting lol
