The pulverizing opening to Sydney Pollack's devastating masterpiece. The achingly beautiful score was done by Johnny Green.

  • @tennispro561 The song Easy Come, Easy Go sung in the movie is posted on YouTube. There are highlights posted of the film also. But not the complete film here. Cheers!

  • The dance marathon is a metaphor for life with the barker, played by Gig Young, a god-figure. Only one winner in the end. Make me wonder about who qualifies to get into heaven. :)

So it's "Easy Come, Easy Go," like Johnny Green's music played in the opening credits.

  • I made compilation rip from this intro.. Here ---> "momp.ucoz.ru/easy_come.mp3"

  • I love this intro

The breaking waves, the "outs"... so aggressive it's like it hit our chests

  • Love that song by Johnny Green played over the titles and sung in the movie: "Easy Come, Easy Go." Most if not all the music was by Johnny Green, who was one of the producers of the movie. Lovely arrangement here!

  • This is great....but I long for the rest of it....where can I find?

  • thank you for uploading this. thank you, thank you, thank you.
