I have reached this point after the past few months of thinking and suffering with my worsening condition. Did you take the leap?

hugs and prayers :)

aww you remind me of me during certain times in my life you had the same look in your eyes that i once did. When I was on the verge of giving up and not thinking the meds or therapy was helping and I just did something I regretted. Thank you you teach me i am not alone and that I'm not as out of it as I think I am when I think that my goals can't be achieved because I have to focus on me and my mental issues. it sucks so much but it helps to know deep down that others do understand. hugs hun

Something I am interested in, and want to try (along with many other approaches to healing) is something called: 'Ortho-Molecular Psychiatry'
Perhaps give it some research =)
Just a P.S. to my last comment.
Thankyou again! JP

I relate with you so much!!! You took words right 'out of my mouth' as it is said. I don't know where to begin here! I am 24 (also mentally ill) and am going through more than I can say or express. I basically want to say-Thankyou!!! Your video-your genuine and honest heart to heart speaking shines through in this video. You ARE helping! You helped me tonight. I want you to know, I too want to help so many people. I hope that light is waiting for us at the end of this tunnel my fellow friend =)

What you're saying is so special because what you're saying is the truth and it comes from the heart; from a place of compassion and empathy.
I feel similar to you about not getting better no matter how many meds you try, or how many hours of therapy you get through. I have found that some therapy has helped, but not enough to make me stop SH-ing or to drive my depression away. In fact, my depression is still getting worse as the years go on.
Have you tried DBT? I highly recommend it.

Christi,
I'm right there with ya... That's all I have to say.

.. And it's difficult so see anything else. Anyway, wish I could write some advice or something, but.. just keep fighting it and maybe to know you're not alone can be comforting. Lots of hugs!! xx

i know how you feel with that therapist. my last one i could only get in to see him every six months and sucked so i stopped going. cuz once every six monthes just isn't enough.

This video really moved me. I don't know if I've commented on your channel before, I don't comment a lot usually, but I watch your videos every now and then. I have a lot of mental health issues as well, and I recognize SO much of what you're saying. I've had problems for about 13-14 years and I'm 25 now, the thought of me being well in 5, 10 or 20 years.. it's difficult to imagine. Doesn't mean you don't want to get well, it's just that you've been struggling for soo long!
-
nobody gets sick of you honey Your videos help people i know that they have helped me i'v been SI for along time it started off just scratching myself till i started bleeding.. (sorry my spelling sucks)... now i use anything i can find and i also have problems the anxity attacks i had a really bad on yesterday. but keep making videos they really help people.

Heyhey,
The only 1 who can change ur life is u, it sounds so easy but its such a hard thing 2 do i kno! "cross of the T & u Can" meaning if u say Can't then u just need 2 believe in urself - take off the T n u CAN do anything! u hav over 1,000 subscribers! Thats like 1,000 ppl who believe in u!!! Wen ur feelin low just grit ur teeth & think positive! If so many people - mayb wit problems just like u, manage 2 believe in u, then u hav da right 2 believe in urself 2!
Take care sweets!

i have a friend with anxiety problems and she had to go into an inpatient type thing and they worked with her and got her on some meds that really help her feel "normal" so maybe is is something you should really try. i dont know how it works price wise in the US (im in Canada) but talk to your parents, i know they are not always there for you but if it is something you need to be able to fulfill your dreams and goals in life then hopefully they can try to understand and help

Do you mean self-injuring? I think most of my issues began with me being depressed and angry at my parents when I was younger, I was really repressed and had controlling parents. Sounds cliche, but it's true.
