Those jumps are actually possible on the NES version even though it takes some practice to do them.

OMG it so funny, i was playing super bros lost levels, and i did that at the end of level 2 by accident. i was like O_O!! i just wall jumped!!

at least now i know its possible.

Mario needs to be going at a good velocity and catch his foot on the boundary between to blocks of 16 pixels.

Err, when you're not really going to plan everything out - just jump into a wall, press A a split second after hitting it, and there's about a one in 16 chance of doing a walljump.

i've managed 3 wall jumps in a row on the console, so no tool-assistance, hacks or such cheats, just using the glitch. Took me a lot of tries to manage 3 in a row though :)

TAS and console can't really compete in the same weight class.

I'm gonna make more mario clips, with more commentary and correct terminology, like wall jump, we gives a lot of points in console judging.

TAS'ed. I can't remember about FA, I doubt it for my noobishness back then. FCEU was the emulator. Dunno which version.
