poor msu band.. i love my school to death, but our band is like elevator music! lol jsu is gonna show the heck out this year! its not about the number of band members, ITS THE SOUND, THE TYPE OF MUSIC, AND THE REACTION OF THE STANDS!!! Not the cowbells tho... actual people's reactions!

Even if 50% of MSU's band members drop out, we would still have 180 members. If you can do the math, you would figure out thats pretty good. Also, If the MSU band is inferior to JSU's band, then why would we have the largest band membership in the state? I'm sure it is because its very difficult to become a member of a terrible band. Besides, who wants to be a member of band that plays terrible quality "music". Even someone without a trained ear could tell the difference in quality.
