This is too make riders more aware on the roads and too give themselves a chance!
Since i can't tell every driver, i thought i'd start with riders :)
If you are wearing hi - viz and riding sensibly you have a much larger chance of not being in an accident than if you are riding in the middle of the road and wearing black.
