well im not trying to get into any youtube comment section argument, and i agree with the points you have just made, without conflicting with the points that i made. i basically said Isai is not average. he's a professional and he's better than you =) dont argue with me on that bra. I'm not amazed by this video, but the vid is definitely badass and satisfying to watch pikachu get owned

Isai stated multiple times that Ness is his worst character. This footage is old and this Ness is standard in techskill, see the metagame now. There are many professional players that can do that. There are also many people that can beat Isai, though I do feel he still holds his title as best. You guys are just new, that's why you're so amazed by every little thing he does, been there and done that.

wow this is not at all an average performance. just watch how isai catches pikachu's recovery twice in at row at 2:00 to 2:11. very professional. and i doubt you would be able to consistently beat any character played by isai pretty much ever

that's exactly what he's doing. by jumping twice very quickly, his second jump cancels his first and he can throw out aerial moves very fast. it's like an ultimate short hop. yoshi can also execute a double jump cancel because of the nature of his second jump. i would consider isai's djc to be faster (and therefore lower) than the average ness, but this is isai.
