This recipe has been around for a while and I do not claim to be the one to come up with it. I have been using it for holidays, special occasions, and camping. its perfect for secluded areas with no electricity. We enjoy just hanging out outside while it is cooking. There are many variations to this recipe so please comment if you have tried any other things with it. With that said enjoy.
Materials needed: 12 lb turkey, 5 gallon metal bucket, 8 lb charcoal, bakers string, heavy duty aluminum foil, Tony Chachere's creole seasoning, 5 gallon stir stick, and trash bag.
Will feed a large family with some left over.
