Fire cannon created by Rob Darman.
Psylab live cover/remix of MJ's "Don't Stop til You Get Enough" at Firefly 2009.
The flames dance to the music via MIDI notes sent from Steven Asaro's Roland V-Drums.
Special thanks to Jeff Mission for MIDI techical support and GlovePIE MIDI translations. Video shot by Xtina.

  • Sadly, when the drummer started playing paradiddles, the crowd was incinerated.

  • Quite well actually! Live electronic dance music (trance, psytrance, house, drum&bass, dubstep etc.) is what we usually play, so it sounded great on those tunes...adding a fantastic "umph" to the kick that you could feel through the whole mountain. ;) - Eartha (psylab) -

  • that is savage.

  • Natures strobe light, I wonder how well that would work with the bassline from a trance song or some other electronic bass heavy song?

  • hahaha.... so sick!

  • Possibly, the most technically creative Micheal Jackson tribute, ever. Wow!
