@MyAccount4TrollingU No one can afford them, dont call them a failure. If they were free, everyone would have them. At the same time, they are two wheel drive so they eliminate awd buyers, red necks who want gas guzzling trucks wouldnt dare buy one because they arent man enough, and then! it competes with the prius and leaf and insight.........its not a failure and id certainly own one if i could, and advertise it everwhere.

@heartlessvietboy I read the gigantic Volt manual...turns out the video's legit. The engine comes on if the battery is charged but it's below 25F out and it will come on if you only drive it in EV mode short distances every couple of months to lubricate the engine...
