the first thing you need to do is just stop relaxing her hair. Tell her that her hair is beautiful the way it is naturally. Then you can keep it in some protective styles until she gets a length you are comfortable with. Then the relaxer will either break off or you will have to cut it off. Either way the two textures cannot co-exist. You will have to get rid of the relaxed ends.

@mrsfabulous01ak Thank goodness natural styles are in. Now your friend should be happy that she didn't relax an all the perm girls will be broken off if they did not get good care.

jam is not a ood product for children..it breaks the hair off u will be better off using eq glaze and it conditions while keeping the hair in place all day

Thatnks for these videos. I recently won custody of my 11 year daughter and I need to learn some quick hair tips. I have 30 minutes in the morning to get her dressed, feed her and do her hair etc....

Let's Jam is not a natural product. It has a lot of chemicals in it. I had my daughter's hair braided with it and she woke up the next morning with her face as big as a balloon after her satin cap came off while she was sleeping. Can you suggest another gel? Thank you in advance.
