4 eggs
self raising flour
milk vanilla essence
2tbsp sugar
1/2 cup currants
butter or margarine for greasing your pudding tin
sauce of your choice, maple syrup, golden syrup, caramel sauce and orange sauce would all work well
This recipe makes 6-8 serves
That looks yummy. I've never made a pudding like that, or tasted one for that matter. I have been subscribed to your knittingand channel for a white before this one, didn't realize you were the same person. Great info on both =)

what is the consistency like? i've never cooked a pudding or had a taste of one but i imagine it to be like moist pound cake...?

@winlythia This particular pudding is very much like a pound cake but not as sweet until you add the sauce.
