It's good that you have decided not to abandon the 15 minute format. The quality of the games is much better than that of faster games, and allows a fuller commentary. You could avoid the possibility of engine use altogether by organizing matches against trustworthy opponents. But, if, say, one in ten opponents might use an engine, don't worry about it. You may lose a greater proportion of such games, but the commentary will still be valid, and many viewers will continue to learn much from it.

@RyDeN123 He uses the ICC (internet Chess club) and one of their interfaces. The ICC is about $70 a year but well worth it if you are really into chess
