  • I find it very fascinating how Danny keeps switching between search is a "friend" and search is a vampire. What I heard is:

    - Google (and other search engines) could be more sensitive to how they impact business or put another way, businesses are also users too.

    - Businesses need to wake-up to the reality of how search engines work and accept what they can't change, embrace the tools search companies provide, but most importantly understand HOW TO MONETIZE the traffic that you do get.

  • @s836apg Fuck print. Video always please.

  • Wow I didn't recognise you in a suit :)

  • Can we have this in print pls?

    Why video at all?

  • sounds like Google really is a friend of the users & business, if they know how to monetize traffic. Google is stuck in the same market based system that all brands live in, where growth prevents death. I think Microsoft is a perfect example of the giant loosing its edge & we all kinda suffered for it. All during the talk you step up the problems then said why Google was right for doing it in the last 30 seconds. I was waiting for that "how to catch a predator" moment, that never happened
