@Ribanitum , Thanks, the song r wonderful, although I don't understand what it means, but it so wonderful to listen to. The voice of the singer are so beautiful. The music similar to Indian, but people of Arunachal looks like Buemese, Mongolian,Thai northern tribe,Lao northern tribe, Tibetans and Southern Chinese ethenic tribe. I love to listen to all Arunachal songs.
@laotian123 they r just actors..they have recorded this song in studio somewhere in Assam..and made a video album later on called "Ngunuk Dolu Lo" means" in our village"This song is a Galo. .an ethnic sub- tribe of Tani group in Arunachal Pradesh.
Not to mention that so many of them are essentially half Indians now. These areas are barely 60, 50% native anymore and many of them can't even speak their language. It seems like after Bhutan falls to Nepalese illegal hordes, Chinese controlled Tibetan areas will be the only ones to remain pure blooded and speaking their own language for the foreseeable future.
With respect to Indians, Nepalis and Bangladeshis but you can't deny the facts.
@lawang1sg Who are you kidding... in all of the Northeast Indian states at least 30% of the population is recent migrants from the rest of India. Development is miserably slow, the government is more corrupt than China's, and surveys and studies from international NGOs show that the native languages are dying in the face of demographic swarming from the overpopulated areas of South Asia.
Just like how Bhutan is 25% Nepali even after kicking hundreds of thousands of them out. Very sad..
@saigonpunkid Yes, they are clearly not ethnically Indian but let us not forget that their land is now a part of India & they are citizens of India. Politically, they are better off within India than being a part of China or others within that area. Let's us not make a big fuss over this issue.
nice song with lovely traditional dress
