  • couldn't you technically take these bubbles, put them in a plastic tube, put fowl shot in the end, and have a home made weapon/firearm?

  • soap water electricity and a hoffman voltameter. You could try to make that one yourself. (mustn't be too hard, but don't ask me how) Make some soap water and put the tubes from the hydrogen and oxygen in the soapwater
