Seat belt or no seat belt, if you crash the first piece of shit car in this video, you'll die instantly or end up in a wheelchair for the rest of your life. Did you see how it folded??!!

I don't know about Russia but in many other ex-Eastern European countries few people use seat belts. Lots of them believe they are going to get trapped in them in a crash or their likelyhood of surviving a chrash is greater if they get thrown out of the car. I am not joking here.
Sure it's the law there too but people are 30 years behind in safety thinking.
