No, not at all really. Those video's were from the very earliest of days, learning to walk with a prosthetic. I walk mostly with an Otto Bock C-Leg, and any incline, slope, camber or even foot over foot down stairs without holding onto a rail is do'able.
I'll need to post some more up to date video's soon.
