@pdtulip I never thought about that. mabye her neko form is at least the senshi's age in moon kitty years ( which are probably really long) and her humanoid/ human form is a child.

No she wasn't a scout in the anime or manga, she was a person, and did transform into a human version later in the series. She wasn't a kid though, she was an adult.
