What My Nintendo Wii Can Do

yet another hacking video, this time showing what my newly updated 4.0E firmware Wii can do :)

includes backup loading, original and backups & Gamecube through the disc channel (Region Free too!).
USB Game Loading (no example but it does work lol)
Homebrew channel
Newly updated SNES Emulator: SNES9GX 4.0.1
copying save games that cant usually be copied.
Brick Protection with System Menu Hacks (preloader 0.29)!

and theres alot more stuff i could have shown but the video would have been far to long. i've already tried uploading 3 separate videos but they were all too long XD

other features include: DVD playback, USB emulation and media loading, a MAME emulator (arcade boards emulator), guitar hero customs loading (Trucha bug on 4.0!!).

apologies for the rushed speech, and i did screw up the gamecube backup loading, forgot it was an american version of the game and didnt enable region free gamecube games :P

@FFZAdr this video shows it working, I believe its just cMIOS that you need to install and then set the preloader hacks to region free gamecube games and anything else to do with GC loading you see :)

@MikeyTaylor1991 I can play backup gamecube games fine I want to be able to play backup gamecube games from the disk channel with no evidence of a backup loader, this is possible I had it working before

in this particular video, disc channel loading is done through installing something known as cIOSCORP (it's now known as DARK CORP) it is a series of custom IOS files which overwrite the original ones enableing the wii to read copied games directly without any middle disc loader.

however, i think that this is a less compatible way than USB loading/ NEOgamma, as the game will only load the IOS it thinks it should load through which COULD cause problems.

it's a custom mIOS which will enable you to play backup gamecube games. make sure your preloader is set to allow region free gamecube games!

So, is Priiloader responsible for loading Wii and GCN games from the disc channel? I'm tired of always using NeoGamma, I prefer just doing it through the disc channel.
