Wow! Great line-up with a lot of the best BG musicians of the day. Would like to have heard Alan O'Bryant playing some banjo, though. Kentucky Thunder has carried on with a band sound similar to this with heavy driving rythm and excellent soaring vocals.

I was blessed to enjoy a great and long conversation about playing the bass with Roy one afternoon years ago at Telluride. He was a master of country and bluegrass bass, and was learning to play reggae for PR at that time.
