I disagree with merit pay for the following reasons:
1. Most teachers share lessons, ideas and help younger teachers.
2. Do you think teachers working for the goal of receiving high pay (merit pay) would continue to share lessons, ideas...
3. I don't think so..My daughter in the 5th largest school district in the U.S. said she wouldn't...
4. Teachers now become isolated....
