If you're implying that not adding a dime to the national deficit = no increase in taxes, you need to wake up. Congress can legislate a $2 billion program and increase taxes by $2 billion without adding to the national deficit. The cost of health care and health insurance is a huge problem, but there are ways to get at the problem without turning the problem over to the government.

40% more in taxes is completely untrue and has no basis in reality. The President said he will not sign health care bill that adds a dime to the national deficit. The skyrocketing costs of health care due to insurance company abuse is causing our country to go bankrupt. Small businesses are continually taking health insurance away from employees because they can't afford the skyrocketing costs. Millions of Americans are losing health insurance daily and are going bankrupt, suffering and dying.

True you don't, but you'll have to pay up to 40% more in taxes when the bill goes through, and you would pay much much more through taxes then through insurance.

Is is manditory to participate in Social Security? Is it manditory to pay taxes even if you oppose the war in Iraq? Is it manditory to refuse to participate in Medicare? When there's a draft, is it allowed to refuse to serve in the armed forces unless you are a Contientious Objector? You don't know much about our constitution!

You are allowed so much for donations. If I overpaid taxes to the govt they would not return my extra $. Look at Cash for Clunkers, those dealerships are out all of that money because the govt doesnt have it. I dont trust this govt as far as i can throw it.
