Think the title translates *roughly* into "Sea of Spring" (judging from the Rõmaji). I have no schooling in Japanese, just watch alot of their films, but that's my guess anyway ;]

Recently, Japanese people dont listen to this music very much other than in new year, but everyone knows this music if Japanese people. This music is playing with the KOTO(Japanese harp) and the SHAKU-HACHI(Japanese flute by wind instrument made of bamboo).
