@ChristianGranny1 Begin with the book of Acts of the Apostles. This is where the Church began, as Jesus told his disciples to go and tarry in Jerusalem until they were filled with this power from on high. Jesus is still pouring out his Spirit.

ChristianGranny1, make sure you read through the book of Acts, where we find the account of how the Church started after Jesus ascended and told his disciples to go and tarry in Jerusalem until they recieved Power from on high. The Holy Ghost is still being poured out.
