This is another lovely performance of a very fine song by sweet Cara and it still brings tears to my eyes, as it did when I first heard her sing it live at The Trinity Theatre in Tunbridge Wells three years ago. Last Tuesday evening I shook the hand of the lovely man that wrote this song, Dougie MacLean and met his wife Jenny, who he mentions in his version. They both said they love Cara's rendition of "Garden Valley". Jenny becomes Johnny, Tay becomes Bay, when Cara sings it, but I adore both.
